Benjamin Poole Carpets has been established in the Ammanford, Swansea, Carmarthen area since 1994 and serves the whole of South and West Wales.

Here at Benjamin Poole Carpets we like to be a little different from your average carpet supplier, for one thing, we do not believe in pressuring customers into sales. Therefore we operate a little differently and we bring the Carpet Store to YOUR door.

What does that mean to you the customer?

Well with just one phone call you can arrange for us to come to you, we will come to your home or workplace to measure the area needed for carpets or vinyls and we will then leave you with samples to look over, in your own time and at your own pace. You will not be pressured, if you like the products and our very competitive prices then we will call back to take the order, if however, you would prefer not to go ahead we will simply collect the samples and leave without any commitment necessary from you.

If you chose to go ahead and purchase carpet, vinyl or safety flooring from us then you will be pleased to hear that, wherever possible, we use our own carpet fitters whose fitting skills are second to none, they are also always polite, courteous and on time. Amongst our staff members we have a qualified “Safety Floor Fitter” who specialised in ‘Polyfloor’.

Our fitters pride themselves on excellent fitting skills and they will not leave a carpet down unless its fitted properly.

We also believe that after sales service is and should be paramount for any carpet company and we therefore place great importance on ensuring that, any problems (not that we have many) are resolved quickly and professionally via personal care and contact.

We pride ourselves in being one of the most competitive and reliable carpet companies in the Ammanford, Swansea, Towy and Carmarthen areas.
